I placed an order but haven't received an order confirmation email, what should I do?

First, please check whether you have entered the correct email address.

The order confirmation is always sent to the email address you provided when placing your order, or the one you use to log in to your customer account.
Please note that spelling errors are also carried over.

If the email address is correct, please check whether the order confirmation has perhaps ended up in your spam filter.

If you cannot find your order confirmation there either, please contact our SUPPORT.

How long does a delivery take?

We endeavor to pass on orders to our shipping partner as quickly as possible. Of course, we are dependent on their prompt delivery.
You can view the delivery time under the respective articles.
Please note that not all articles have the same delivery time.
If you have ordered several items with different delivery times, the longest delivery time of all your products in the shopping cart applies.

How does package tracking work?

You can track your package at any time using package tracking. You will receive the tracking number created for your order and the corresponding link by email on the day of dispatch.

You can track the delivery status of your order here at any time.

The tracking number only becomes active once the package has been scanned by the parcel service. So, if it is not yet active, please be patient for a little longer.

What can I pay attention to to ensure a smooth delivery?

To ensure smooth and fast delivery, we kindly ask you to observe the following points:

Always provide your complete delivery address.
This includes: Name, Street, House Number, Postcode, City, Country.

Write the street and house number in that order on one line.

Provide a delivery address where someone will be on-site to receive the package immediately. For example, you can also provide the address of your workplace or a neighbor or acquaintance if you will not be at home on the expected delivery date.

Track your package. This way, you can see roughly when your package will be delivered and will be immediately informed if there are any delivery problems.

I want to return an item, what should I do?

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This means you have the option to exchange or return the goods within 14 days of receipt.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must announce the withdrawal via our returns portal and use the return label available there.

Goods delivered sealed are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed or damaged. These include:

Please note that if the returned items are deteriorated - for example, due to soiling, damage, or missing labels - we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return and, if necessary, to claim compensation for loss of value within the framework of legal provisions.

The delivered product is damaged or not the correct item, what now?

If you find any products in your order that are damaged, not working as expected, or do not match the products you ordered, we ask you to notify us by email. Please register the return via our returns portal and use the return label available there.

In the event of a damaged or incorrect product, we ask you to take pictures of the damaged/incorrect product and send them along with a description of the damage to help@olakala.de.
We will address the issue immediately and strive to find a solution.

Is an exchange possible at OLAKALA?

Exchanging items is not possible.
If an item does not suit you or fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery under our return policy at https://olakala.returnsportal.online/. At the same time, you can place a new order for the item at current prices through the shop, provided it is available. Unfortunately, the discounted price is no longer available.
Once the return arrives, it will be processed, and your money will be refunded within 14 business days of receipt of the return.

Tip: If you opt for shop credit when registering your return, you will receive an additional 5% of the merchandise value. In most cases, this allows you to save part or even all of the return costs.
