Right of withdrawal
OLAKALA Return and Exchange Policy
1. Return Conditions
You can return your unworn and undamaged goods within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that the items are returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.
The following products are excluded from return:
• Personalized products
• Underwear, socks, and boxer shorts
Goods delivered sealed are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed or damaged. This includes:
• Perfume with protective seal
Please note that if the returned items deteriorate – for example, due to soiling, damage, or missing labels – we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return and, if necessary, to claim compensation for value within the framework of legal provisions.
2. Return Process
To request a return, please proceed as follows:
• Use the return portal on our website olakala.returnsportal.online to start the return process and download the return label.
• Only use the DHL return label provided by us. Other parcel services (such as DPD or Hermes) will not be accepted.
• For multiple orders, please return them individually to ensure smooth processing.
Once the returns arrive, they will be processed, and the money/store credit will be refunded/sent to you within 21 business days of receipt of the return.
3. Refund Option
When registering your return, you have the option to choose between a standard refund and store credit + 5% bonus.
Store credit offers the advantage of receiving 5% more of the return value as a voucher.
No option is pre-selected, so the choice of the refund method lies with the customer.
Once the return registration is complete, the respective refund option cannot be changed.
4. Return Shipping Costs
As a customer, you bear the costs for return shipping. The return shipping costs are as follows:
Return shipping within Germany:

Return shipping Italy:

Return shipping France:

5. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please use our return portal for this purpose. The return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
Once we have received the goods, we will refund the purchase amount to you via the payment method selected in the return portal. The refund will be made within 21 days of receipt of the goods. In exceptional cases, there may be delays.
6. Damaged Goods
If you have received goods that are damaged or have manufacturing defects, please contact our customer service in advance at support@olakala.de before initiating the return. Together with our team, we will find the best solution, such as an exchange or a refund.
