Organizer:
G-IN GmbH, Marienstraße 37, 70178 Stuttgart, hereinafter "Organizer", is the organizer of the aforementioned prize draw. The prize draw will be published on the Instagram channel @inscopenico. The prize draw runs from the time of the post on the aforementioned profile for 8 days, until 26.07.2022 at 23:59.
Prize Draw Process:
Only natural persons residing in the EU may participate in the prize draw. Participation takes place exclusively online. By participating in the prize draw, all participants agree to these terms and conditions of participation.
Participation in the prize draw is by the relevant three tags under the above post and by sharing the prize draw post in one's own Instagram Story. In addition, the channels @inscopenico and @olakalaofficial must be followed for participation. The winners will be determined after the closing date for entries by means of a random draw among all participants. If the prize draw is linked to a task, only those participants who have correctly completed the task will be entered into the draw.
The winners will be drawn by lot within 24 hours after the end of the prize draw period and immediately contacted by a message on their Instagram profile by @inscopenico. One winner will be determined for each prize. In total, there will be 11 winners. Should the respective winner not respond within 48 hours of notification of winning, the claim to the prize will lapse.
Participation is limited to once per person/user and per post.
The following prizes will be drawn among the participants: 1x package tour worth €5000, 310x OLAKALA ELYSIUM outfit boxes. The prizes cannot be paid out in cash.
The organizers are not responsible for the accuracy of the information. Should a delivery attempt fail, the organizers are not obliged to make a new delivery attempt.

Any subsequent costs incurred, such as customs duties or shipping to another location or abroad, shall be borne by the winner.
Prize Draw Exclusions:
Participation in the prize draw is only permitted if all personal details are truthful. The organizers are entitled to exclude individual persons from participation if there are legitimate reasons, such as a violation of the terms and conditions of participation, manipulation, etc. Participation in another person's name, especially by prize draw agencies, is not permitted. Prizes cannot be transferred to third parties.
Data Protection:
For participation in the prize draw, the provision of personal data is necessary. The personal data collected will be collected, stored, and used for the purpose of carrying out the prize draw. All personal data of the participants will not be passed on to third parties or made available to them for use without consent. However, the organizers are entitled in this context to transmit the data of the winners to cooperation partners in order to enable the delivery of the prizes. The winners may be published by name on the organizers' websites and/or social media channels. The winners expressly agree to this form of publication.
Participants may revoke their declared consent at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing or by e-mail to the organizers. After revocation of consent, the collected and stored personal data of the participants will be deleted immediately.
Personal data will not be transmitted to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.
We only pass on your personal data to third parties if:
– You have given your express consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR,
– the disclosure is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in the non-disclosure of your data,
– In the event that there is a legal obligation for the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c GDPR, as well as if this is legally permissible and necessary pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR for the processing of contractual relationships with you.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions of Participation and Termination of the Prize Draw:
The organizers may terminate the prize draw at any time if this becomes necessary due to adverse circumstances that the organizers cannot otherwise avert.
Furthermore, the organizers may change or suspend the prize draw at any time for the same reasons if this is the only way to ensure the proper overall execution of the prize draw.
If such a modification/termination is caused by the conduct of participants, the influencers are entitled to demand compensation from these persons for the damage incurred.
Limitation of Liability:
All information is provided without guarantee. The organizers assume no liability unless there is intent or gross negligence. Mandatory liability rules (especially according to food law regulations) are excluded from the foregoing limitation of liability.
The organizers assume no liability for data loss, especially in the course of data transmission, and other technical defects beyond the organizers' control.
Miscellaneous
Prize draws can be conducted by the organizers in cooperation with various partners (cooperation partner is the customer in this case), who may provide the prizes (prize sponsor). The organizers represent the cooperation partners during the execution of the prize draw and promise to provide the prizes donated by them solely in their name. The organizers are not hereby obligated to their own performance, unless the organizers are themselves the sponsor of the prize in the specific case.
The exclusively applicable law is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions of participation shall remain unaffected. Any invalid clause will be replaced by an economically comparable provision.
The legal process is excluded.
We reserve the right to exclude participants from the prize draw for important reasons and to reclaim prizes, in particular if there is a justified suspicion or proof of false information, manipulation, violation of these terms and conditions of participation or other unlawful acts.
