How do I measure correctly?

Take a sweater that fits you well from your closet, lay it flat on a table, and measure the measurements as follows:

1. Length: Place the measuring tape at the neckline and measure tightly from top to bottom to the end of the sweater.

2. Width: Lay the sweater flat on the table and measure the width along the chest from left to right, from armpit to armpit.

3. Sleeve length: Place the tape measure taut at the shoulder seam and measure along the top edge to the end of the sleeve.

Sizes may vary between 2-3 centimeters as they are measured by hand.
